OLiGHTEK’s SVGA060 is a silicon-based AMOLED microdisplay with features of low power, 0.6 inch and SVGA (800 x 600) resolution and with options of full color, monochromatic white, monochromatic green, monochromatic red and so on. Its silicon-based substrate uses 0.18μm CMOS technology and integrates all-digital video signal processing and 804 × 3 × 604 drive units and other circuits. The video signal input is compatible with the ITU-R BT.601/656 standard and supports 8/16/24-bit digital video input mode. The display mode, display direction, display position, brightness, contrast, chroma, and gamma correction and other functions can be controlled through the two-wire serial communication interface. The interface level is compatible with the 1.8 to 3.3V CMOS standard. The microdisplay can be widely used in various near-eye display systems.
